At VAPE PENS FOR, we stand behind the quality of our electronic devices and offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, e-liquids and used heating elements are not eligible for return unless a technical defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device back in its original manufacturer box with all included accessories and manuals, ensuring it is securely padded for transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the outside of the package, clearly marking the RMA number on the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
